LEANDRO CELESTINO
Leandro Celestino (São Paulo, 1989) lives and works in São Paulo. His artistic research investigates social inequality, marginalization and ways of inhabiting urban space.
He holds a degree in Visual Arts Education, an MBA in Art History and a postgraduate specialization in Afro-Brazilian and Indigenous History and Culture. He has participated in major contemporary art exhibitions and salons across Brazil, receiving awards and honorable mentions.
He is currently an artist-in-residence at Fundação Julita, in São Paulo.
